Active children and adolescents who complain of sub acute or vague pain relating to athletic activity often have no significant findings on conventional imaging. Despite "normal" x-rays, MRI often is able to elucidate the nature of more subtle injuries in these children. Many of the injuries can be managed conservatively by the pediatrician or in concert with the orthopedist. This presentation will showcase many such injuries, specifically focusing on knee pain in the active child and elbow pain in the athletic child.Musculoskeletal MRI for the Pediatrician - 30 Minutes
